Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter, Shahin Bhatt, has revealed that from the age of 12, she had become a victim of depression so much that she had made the mind of her own life more than once.

Recently, Shahin has written an article in a fashion magazine about American Chef Anthony Burden and fashion designer Kat Spad’s suicide and said that it could have happened to them as well. Shaheen said that she had been a victim of depression since the age of 12.

Shaheen gave credit to Alia Bhatt for this and said that her sister had always stood firm with her and because of them,s he could recover from this situation. Shahin wrote that as soon as she read about these suicides, she came to mind – O God. Not another

Shahin wrote that life filled with pain and frustration creates fear. Every 40 seconds a man commits suicide and according to the World Health Organization, eight lakh people give their lives in their hands every year. 50 percent of this causes depression.

Alia wrote that for some time I have started sharing my experiences too. I do not want to hide However, I am concerned that my identity will remain linked to this disease. Mahesh Bhatt has three daughters, including Pooja Bhatt from his first wife. Bhatt Sahib later married Soni Razdan Shaheen is his elder daughter and Ali is younger than her.

Actually Shahin is suffering from insomnia disorder, according to  Aliya last days and she  says that she is now talking about her depression in the family and the Therapy session is also in the process.
